Covid and Flu vaccinations together. Booked appointments online at GP practice. Simple and straightforward. Vaccinations took minutes.

My appointment was for 1.30 pm, however the surgery's door was not unlocked until 1.35 pm, by which time, if it had been raining, about a dozen people who were queueing outside would have got wet. I lost count of the number of questions I was asked by the health care professional before I was given the flu vaccination, which was not the case at the pharmacy I attended the previous week for my covid vaccination.

Welcoming, very helpful. All seemed to be very well organised. Went for Covid vaccination and was in and out within less than ten minutes, even though it was very busy. Even booking the appointment was very easy, only had to wait 4 days.

Injections at pharmacies + 1 at practice aren't showing up on my NHS app - NHS app support say this is due to way GP practice have configured their system but nobody in the practice responds to my query or, alternatively, state that the pharmacy is using a noncompatable system which I find hard to believe.

Covid booster appointment system within practice was excellent and quick. From filling in the registration form to actually getting booster jab took minutes with hardly any waiting around time. Well done to all Staff involved.

I had my Covid booster jab at Crawcrook Medical Practice. Invitation came via text. Easy to book in. Arrived and seen within minutes. A brilliant service. Thank you NHS!
