Great service, no waiting just straight in, inoculation and then out. All completed in less than 5 minutes

Only used this practice about 4 times as I am registered at Rowlands Gill .l have always had had good treatment at both practices always found the staff to be very efficient

As I had a late appointment I thought that I may have to wait some time. However the process was very quick, probably 5 minutes at the most from checking in with reception, filling in a form , seeing nurse and then going for the vaccination.

This was for the latest September 2023 covid booster jab. The whole experience was perfect. There was no queue and no waiting. Reception staff and the medical staff were excellent. I hope other people feel encouraged to get this important booster.

Went for covid booster. System was great. No queuing. Help with filling out consent form. Straight through for injection. Friendly staff and did not feel a thing
