Cannot get through to speak to anyone. They have removed the queue wait number, now waiting over an hour on the phone. Never followed up with results of tests, had to go in to speak to someone. Reception said they now have over 20,000 patients across 4 practices - why on earth take on more patients and practices if you can’t even get one working properly. Moving doctors as this can’t go on.

Rang the surgery at 3pm,waited over15 minutes to speak to a receptionist, I was then told appointments are not available when ringing for future appointments.You have to ring at 8am. (good luck with that !) They have also taken the position of where you are in the telephone Q.off. I was told to ring 111 if my condition was serious or if i wanted to attend a walk in centre..needless to say i have absolutely no confidence in how this surgery is ran

everytime i call or visit the surgery i’m ignored and made to feel like i’m lying about my illness. on this occasion, i phoned regarding a uti and waited 50 minutes on hold for a response. when i managed to speak to someone, they told me there was no appointments, that i wasn’t able to hand in a urine sample and to either go to the walk in centre or the chemists to test my urine. i have reoccurring uti’s and usually can hand in samples. when i called back this afternoon they said i could hand in a sample. i get told something different everytime i speak to someone from the doctors and am confused what i am meant to do

I've been trying to get diagnosis for a life altering condition for over 5 months but every time I go to Crawcrook it is a different doctor. I had a good experience with the nurse and one of the regular GPs but still no referrals and no answers. A trip to a&e from my last appointment resulted in nothing despite ongoing chest pains and the severity of my symptoms worsening. I feel completely alone and let down.

Can always get through on phone and not long to get an appointment . Doctors and nurses are always polite and make you feel at ease . Reception staff always try hard to get you the appointment time and say

As the surgery was so busy I was unable to get an appointment and I submitted an e-doc consultation on the advice of one of the ladies in the surgery who I spoke to. I had a reply with a great result within 24 hours. Thank you so much for the help and getting back so rapidly really impressed. Thanks again.

Staff are much nicer now and services have improved except one which is the taking away of the ordering prescriptions by pressing say two when you call and then leave your order
