Attended for my flu jab and was offered a vaccine for phumonia at same time. Both injections administered successfully by a professional member of staff.

Went for Flu jab and it was a very efficient service. In and out in 5 mins. Unfortunately I was there again today for blood tests. I waited for 30+ mins past my appt time. Then was told I could have had the blood tests done at the same appt. This is annoying, because when booking these appointments, I was told that I couldn't.

Although I’m happy to have had my covid jab I’m unhappy about my practice and the state it is in I don’t know who is my doctor now and it’s taking weeks to get an appointment it’s a very poor service

It was Rowland's gill surgery I attended for my vaccine and everything went very well,Surgery was absolutely full when I arrived, I was about 5mins early for my appointment time but within minutes of arriving the Surgery had half emptied, everything seemed to be running smoothly, then my name was called and it was all over in about a minute, very efficient and friendly

My husband and myself experienced excruciating pain when we received our flu jabs. The nurse was apologetic though.We both had never complained about pain during vaccination..Had to take some paracetamol when we got home A very bad experience

I think it’s always a good idea to leave a review when things go well so the staff know you appreciate their help and support . Rang on a Monday morning for an appointment , knew what number I was in the queue as that function is now back in place. Waited patiently, call answered, offered a same day appointment not at Crawcrook but Blaydon which wasn’t an issue all for me . Popped along to Blaydon, checked over by the staff, got a prescription. What more could you ask for. From start to finish spot on service, thank you all very much

Covid and Flu vaccinations together. Booked appointments online at GP practice. Simple and straightforward. Vaccinations took minutes.
