Same day appointment with a doctor that is a good service. Doctor checked me and made a referral to the hospital which came through next day with an appointment. The system works well.

Was offered same day face to face consultation by polite receptionist. The doctor was excellent. Took time to listen and examine me. Prescribed treatment.

I had concerns that my c section stitches were infected- the receptionist on the phone was really helpful and managed to find me an appointment at Holloway that day. The receptionist on site when I arrived was really helpful responding to questions I had about registering my new baby. The Doctor was really great and made sure I was doing well generally as well as prescribing the best option for me. She also texted me later on with an out of hours mental health phone number, which was really nice of her. The only downside of the visit was when I went to get my prescription, the ladies doing so kept me waiting a very long time. I was the only patient waiting and could see them chatting to each other and not doing anything with my prescription. I’d left my baby with my husband to nip to the appointment and was getting increasingly agitated having to wait. After fifteen minutes I asked if it would take much longer, but I was still kept waiting another five minutes or so. I was really quite upset at the end of it and my baby was missing me greatly when I’d returned home.

Rang reception on Monday 26th February and seen same day so can't grumble .Had to visit south wingfield surgery but no problem doctor very good thankyou.

Phoned at8.30 when lines open. 2 in queue. Seen at 0935. Thorough review by GP. Plan ahead agreed. Prescription issued. Excellent experience.

I was really worried about something I found the previous night and went to the surgery. They fitted me in later that day and was able to reassure me my fears were unfounded. In discussion the doctor identified an area I should not have ignored and set up the appropriate treatment for it. I was very impressed by how I was treated.
