Face to face appointment with Doctor - patient - helpful - didn’t rush - listened to me. 2nd appointment was a telephone one - again no rush - this time with another Doctor regarding change of dosage for BP medication explain very clearly - didn’t rush - made sure everything was clear.

Doctor rang me to discuss my hypertension. We discussed everything and she answered all queries with patience and good explanation. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy and I was able to collect it that day. She also explained that there would be follow up consultation with a nurse to keep an eye on my progress. Thank you

I had the pleasure of meeting a new Doctor I had not meet before during a telephone consultation as I was too unwell to attend the surgery. The Doctor was professional yet approachable, empathetic and generally attentive to my needs. I am most grateful for the brilliant level of service provided that made me feel heard and supported during my time of need.

I came to the clinic on the15th.Jan.2025 for a memory test. The doctor explained the test, reassuring me and was very clear and thorough. I had another aspect of my medical care regarding a medication I am taking, which was addressed at the same time.
