I was very pleased with the service I received . The doctor was very nice and very thorough and is happy to explain anything you’re not sure of . I also saw the Nurse who was very pleasant and put me at ease .

I had the best practice with my GP. She was and is very warm and understanding. She listened to my concerns and acted accordingly.

I was seen by the Practice Nurse explained why I was called for asthma review. She took time explaining the procedure, why she made her recommendations, and how to continue managing the condition.

Received a very satisfactory experience that is helping to improve my health care needs. My symptoms were thoroughly explained and the recommendations given were very helpful in resolving the problems.

Filled out an online triage form for my 14yr old daughter only to be called the next day at work being asked questions to then being told to make my own appointment with a pharmacy? The pharmacy did not answer my many calls and when I called back the surgery after going through all the unnecessary options I was then in a long queue and had to get bank to work. After finally getting through had to explain and after all that the dr said they need to see her. Then we had an appoint with a very strange GP who was very insensitive. It’s all been so stupid using systems that clearly don’t work.

Had difficulty hearing and understanding nurse because she was softly spoken and had a tongue stud. Also 2 appointment ran half hour late.
