Generally, I think the practice is a very good one. Booking an appointment to see a doctor is relatively easy, although sometimes takes long before I get connected. The receptionists are professional and the reception area is neat and relatively comfortable too. The doctors are experienced, knowledgeable and professional in the way they attend to their patients.

Very easy to book an appointment with the gp and my issue was dealt with within the consultation and very friendly and polite

Asked to do a fluid test by hospital Rang doctor who then rang hospital because I said not enough fluid to collect Doctor than rang me back with a plan

Received the treatment from the doctor but I definitely feel as though my appointment was rushed and there is still something more that can be done to help me get better

Have been with this practice since I was little and now taking my children. My most recent appointment was for my sons injections and the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. My appointment was on time and the nurse who completed the injections was friendly and efficient.

Difficult to get appointments but you can book an over the phone chat to speak to a GP if need be. Receptionists are nice and helpful and the doctors are ok.
