Excellent service and advice. Staffs are very helpful. Always keeps us updated and very good communication. Doctor always makes sure everything is good and healthy.

I had hurt my knee got an appointment the next day and walk in x ray the same day. I was then seen by the physio a week later and given exercisers to do. Can’t fault them..

Doctor Islam is a very good Doctor and I have been wiv him for about 13years and he has looked after all my medical conditions and u don't have to wait long for an appointment

I cannot fault this practice as I called for a routine appointment and was given one fir the next day. I was then sent for an ex ray which again was carried out on the same day. The receptionists and doctors at this practise are friendly and professional.

From the receptionists through to the clinicians they are all very caring and attentive. If symptoms are urgent they will always try and get you seen and assessed. Cannot thank them enough for the care and service I have received, best surgery.

From waiting in the waiting area it is clearly evident the team are switched on, focused and very knowledgeable. Whenever I go I am greeted very warmly at reception and continues right through to the doctor. The doctor always portrays a calm and caring greeting providing you with the confidence to discuss any problem confidently he then takes the time to explain any course of action, diagnoses and medication thoroughly. I genuinely feel we have a great practice here with staff who are prepared to do whatever is necessary to retain the standard of practice they have set. Thank you team Alkaisy

Had a routine smear test and the nurse that did it was really good talking to me all the time telling me exactly what she was doing and had minimal discomfort
