Very quick, but I didn't get a card with the details, as I have previously, so I don't know the vaccine name or have a note of the date. Which I would have liked.

The service from start to finish was outstanding. I’m new to the surgery and was unsure of how you operated. The lady at reception was informative, patient and kind. She looked over my enquiry and explained the process of my request. I was contacted by a specialist nurse who again was interested in my concerns and her professionalism was outstanding. She informed me of what would happen and also what I would need to do if the treatment didn’t work in a clear and concise manner. You are both a credit to this practice, thank you.

Needed pain relief from persistent tennis elbow. Econsult sent then received call from a receptionist advising needed steroid injection. Told Clinic once a month surgery will contact with appointment. No contact received week later rang surgery to progress was advised by receptionist no clinics until January even then unlikely then as surgery has massive back log. Complained to surgery in writing only to be advised by gp there is injection clinics planned for nov and dec and given appointment in November. Poor internal communication, lack of empathy from receptionist could have offered an appointment with a health professional for hands on assessment and some stronger pain relief instead. Instead I had to go to the minor injuries unit for something the surgery could have helped me with.

The doctor really listened to me. I have been requesting a rheumatology referral for a while and I finally got one. She took my concerns and needs seriously. Very kind, very helpful.
