After a long wait for an appointment i tried to tell the GP that my problem was one i had suffered from several times in the past and all i required was a course of antibiotics this was ignored. He said would get back to me. 4 weeks later i recived a text asking me to phone the surgery and make an appointment. This resulted in getting another appointment with a different GP. This resulted in the GP ignoring my situation of just requiring a prescription and sending me for a blood test and informing me he would get back to me after he had received the results. I never received the call, and phoned the surgery myself only to be told the said GP was not there and not sure when he would be. I made an appointment with another GP for a week later which resulted in this GP giving me a prescription for the condition i had suffered from several times before. I had waited 5 weeks of gradually worsening symptoms that could have been dealt with in a week if i had been listened to.

Short wait for appoitment. Dr administed teatment very quickly and professional. Also great beard growth going on since last year sir!!

The nurse was very person centered and listened to me before making suggestions and clearly described a plan and my options. She was very reassuring and positive.

Although it was 6.25pm before I received a call from the doctor. The medication was received withinhalf an hour from the pharmacists

Each time I go to the surgery I am always met with a receptionist who knows how to deal with my concerns. The nurse who gave me my vaccinations was 1st class.

The prompt actions of the staff. With in 10 minutes of sounding photo received phone call from nurse wanting to see me in half an hour. Appointment at St Marys next Thursday. Excellent. Thank you.

Was seen within 13 hours of an e consult and antibiotics prescribed nurse was pleasent nature and symperthetic 15 antibiotics later am feeling so much better thank you

The Practitioner was very pleasant, interested and keen to investigate my problem. I am now awaiting a phone call (today) from her to follow on. Unfortunately we have still to determine what the problem is.
