Very little wait time in the surgery, staff polite and helpful. Parking a bit of an issue as it was my father who had an appointment. Difficult when a person has limited mobility. Not surgery's fault though.

Any questions/queries are always addressed in a timely manner. I find staff always so helpful. I hear of so many people having issues with their GPs I feel lucky I dont experience this and never have in all the years I have been a patient here.

Receptionist helpful but honest, and didn’t rush me , I felt she listened and understood my problem. Although you were clearly having a very busy day. Appointment was on time which was great ?

My 14 month old daughter has a rash all over her body, she’s not eating properly and she’s not sleeping because of uncomfortable of the rash and I get appointment face to face for her in 2 weeks time. Until then just left without any help from the practice- gp, nurse anything. Really 2 weeks wait for a child. Can’t even do econsult because is under 16. So yes it’s is disappointing.

Dear Katarzyna, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I am sorry to hear of your recent experience. I would like to thank you for raising your concerns. It is important that we hear from our patients when things have gone wrong, as this can help us learn and make improvements. If you haven't already please do contact the surgery and explain the symptoms that your child is having and ask if they can be added to the duty list to speak with a clinician the same day. I will also look into this to see what has happen on this occasion and raise this to the Operations Manager. I hope your next experience with us is a better one. Thank you, East Shore Partnership.

The clinician played a baby sensory video for my 9 month old daughter which really calmed her down and was very thoughtful

Dear Sally, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I am sorry to hear of your recent experience. Thank you for raising your concerns. It is important that we hear from our patients when things have gone wrong, as this can help us learn and make improvements. If you still need an appointment then please contact the surgery to arrange this. For urgent on the day please call as close to 8am Monday to Friday for a duty call back that day. A Clinician will call and assess your concerns over the phone and will either treat if possible on the phone or book an appointment to be seen. For routine please either complete a eConsult or call to book a telephone appointment with the GP. If you would like to discuss this further please email and we will undertake an internal investigation and ask to allow a minimum of 2 weeks to complete the process. Thank you East Shore Partnership.

I have been with this surgery for several years now and I don't know what my doctor looks like. Impossible to see a doctor unless it is absolutely necessary. Not good enough.
