    The receptionists are very professional and friendly, appointment on time, nurse lovely and friendly, puts you at ease, great doctors surgery to be with ?

    The quickness and efficiency of the whole operation. I was vaccinated and on my way home within 5 minutes. The nurse was cheerful and excellent in the administration of the two vaccines

    Can never get through to them when you need them. Have to wait ages for appointments or even to speak with someone. Appointments not at convenient times. Feel like we’ve gone back into the dark ages as the lack of ability to book or amend appointments online or via text is astounding in this day and age. Lack of being able to communicate with the practice through the app or text is extremely frustrating. I’m too busy to have to mess around phoning up at inconvenient times of day. Previous practices over a decade ago did much better than this. Highly disappointed. It seems like there are not enough staff at the practice to deal with the amount of patients on their books. I think the practice needs an overhaul asap.

    Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent experience with the surgery. I am sorry to hear that you was disappointed and that you find it hard to get through to us. Our phone lines can be very busy in the morning and we do try our best to get through them as quick as we can. We do offer a call back system when our phone lines are busy. The call back system will hold your place in the queue and call you back when you are next in the line to be answered. If your looking to book a routine appointment, please call in the afternoon when our phone lines are normally quieter or you can complete a eConsult on our website between 8am - 5pm. We do now offer routine nurse appointment on a Saturday and some of our nurse appointments are bookable online. We also offer eConsult online, which is a online form you fill in and this will the be reviewed by a member of the duty team. You can also cancel appointments by text. But unfortunately, we are unable to offer communication through app or text message currently. I hope that your next experience with the surgery is a better one. Thank you East Shore Partnership

    The HRT nurse that I saw at your surgery was very good. She took time to listen to me & demonstrated a high level of knowledge on her subject field. My only frustration is that it took so long for me to see her & I had to stop taking my previous HRT for 6 weeks before be able to see her to discuss a different version. There needs to be a better process in place for follow up appointments when starting someone on a new medication which is prone to side effects.

    Went for my seasonal jabs - very quick and easy. In and out in no time and was on a Saturday so didn’t have to run around during work time. Thanks ?

    I did a E consult got a phone call next morning offering me a physiotherapist appointment , the physio called me snd sorted out my pain relief , which I got same day , excellent service do well done

    I had blood test and BP check on 8 SEPT after which I had to have a medication review. I had that on 21st where I was told after increasing my statins after a 3 month trial I would be contacted fir another BP check and blood test. I was in fact contacted later on 21st to do this because a scheduled test and BP check had not been requested. A good job I paid attention or else that would have been a wasted appointment

    No help no appointment no call as per E consult for I need to see someone sent photos sent and asked to be seen and called many times and still nothing very upset and hurt as I am needing care constantly as very poorly in the at risk register a call back would be great about this

    Dear Sally, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I am sorry to hear of your recent experience. Thank you for raising your concerns. It is important that we hear from our patients when things have gone wrong, as this can help us learn and make improvements. If you still need an appointment then please contact the surgery to arrange this. For urgent on the day please call as close to 8am Monday to Friday for a duty call back that day. A Clinician will call and assess your concerns over the phone and will either treat if possible on the phone or book an appointment to be seen. For routine please either complete a eConsult or call to book a telephone appointment with the GP. If you would like to discuss this further please email and we will undertake an internal investigation and ask to allow a minimum of 2 weeks to complete the process.     The doctor rang me and we had a really good conversation and I felt listened to and heard and like I didn’t have to justify myself. I’m not sure who the dr was but tell him thank you!!
