Hard to get hold of the specialist and phone queues are never ending ... However once you get past that they seem veri nice, polite and professional !

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you have recently found it hard to get through on our phone lines. We do now have the option to receive a call back when our phone lines are busy. This means that the phone system will hold your position in the queue and then call you back when you are next in the line to be answered. My nurse was very friendly and chatty, making me feel relaxed about having jabs. Always a great service at my surgery. Can not fault the staff and the way this practice is run. I hear so many horror stories of other surgeries and im so glad I am not in that position . Well done eastshore practice

Good reception lady’s an the nurses really do care an it shows in the way they talk too u asking if u feel better or worse..they look out for upcoming infections and will happily listen to u ramble on an get things off ur chest..also always happy vibes..

I arrived early for my appointment and still ended up being seen 20 minutes after my appointment time. I understand these things can’t be helped sometimes but I came in my lunch hour so it was inconvenient to be delayed. There has been times where I’ve come with my toddler and it’s near on impossible to keep them entertained whilst waiting for 10 minutes, let alone any longer. The doctor was nice, however I did feel like I was rushed through. But generally, the doctors are fine, just perhaps overworked (which is a bigger problem than just this surgery)
