Difficult to get help from ‘care navigator’ and 3 weeks to wait for an initial call from GP. When I did get to speak to GP they were helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I am sorry you didn't find our care navigator helpful and had to wait 3weeks for a GP call. Unfortunately, sometimes there can be a wait for a routine GP appointment. I am glad that when you spoke to the GP they were helpful. Thank you, East Shore Partnership.

The Asthma Nurse listened to my concerns and changed my inhaler. I have been taking this for just over a month and I am still feeling breathless and I wonder if there is an alternative. Kind regards, Simon Butler

Bad communication was offered an appointment the next day what is the doctor was told to attend at 11:30, I phoned in the morning of my appointment only to be told there was no appointment made for me that day. However, I received a email on the same day stating that I had missed my appointment. The receptionist checked the whole day and clearly stated to me, I had no appointment booked. The appointment was booked by my GP dr saunders for 1130. I received an email back stating that I had missed this appointment which was at a completely different time at 0: 900 some really bad communication skills going on here. I also had to wait in all day for a beauty doctor to call which never did happen not at all happy

I went for a wellness check after fasting blood tests the week before. The tests had come back that they were unable to analyse them, (possibly due to standing somewhere in a fridge for too long)!!! I had blood taken again in what should have been my follow up appointment, I hadn't been informed of the results, so hadn't fasted. Nothing was mentioned about the fasting which makes a bit of a mockery about the whole process! The nurse however was lovely!
