I like the fact that the surgery uses digital healthcare if suited to the situation, this helps save my time and the healthcare team's time and also to reduce the spread of infections during the winter virus season.

Receptionist was polite and helpful. She made arrangements for a doctor to call me. I received a prescription for the medication I needed.

I didn't feel I was taken seriously. Well, I wasn't, as I still have the issue with the pain over my hernia surgery repair which has a wire mesh.

I feel the the surgery has improved so much in the last 6 months I can not fault the doctors nurses and even the receptionist have improved.

I'm feeling very disappointed with the service because I'm suffering with severe psoriasis which is causing sleepless nights as I'm in so much discomfort. The GP made a referral to the dermatologist but made it just a routine appointment. After speaking to the dermatology department they have informed me that I will be waiting 20 weeks before being seen. I'm feeling very low and struggling to cope with the soreness.

Not being able to start my cancer treatment as they wouldn't issue the prescription until I had an appointment. They couldn't give me an appointment as the rota wasn't available. Promises to call back didn't materialise.

The lady on the phone was so friendly and helpful, l spoke to a Dr and had a Dr come out to my mum in less than 2 hours. The Dr was so wonderful with my mum and with me. I have complet piece of my knowing my mum is so well looked after by you all. Thank you ?
