I had an appointment at 1-30 and was in and out by 1.36. The person i saw i had complete confidence in and was pleased with the outcome of my appointment

Wanted advicd about my flu like symptoms with yellow thick phlegm. Told I should only phone surgery at 8 in the mornings. Avised if it got worse over the next 3 days to phone the out off hours number over the Christmas period

Saturday appointment was unexpected bonus meaning not having to take time off work. Appointment was on time, and quicker than expected as first HRT review, whilst still being thorough and not rushed..

I was seen as soon as possible for something of concern. However, I did have to get a referral from 111 in order to receive an appointment...but I understand how busy the surgery is.

Seen on time. Actually before time. Doctor very informative and showed good diagrams of my complaint on PC. Explained future treatment if the problem got worse.

I know just how busy our doctors are and the staff but I can’t say I’ve had to wait long for a reply to my E-Consults or to see a GP. My friends are having a lot longer waiting times and at times vital information hasn’t been given to them as a patient. The support they’re giving me with my Rheumatoid Arthritis has been good and still on going helping me to find a drug to ease inflammation. They’re always polite and they do there best in the short time they’re allowed to see people. Hoping you all get a well earned rest Christmas and New Year and thank you for all your support.

I was able to book all what I wanted quite easily and pleased with the consultations. My only comment would be, I had my ear syringed and the practitioner said she would have liked to have seen me prior to the procedure. My appointment was made without being checked beforehand.

Had my injection for pneumonia and the service was very quick. The nurse was helpful in describing the symptoms I might or might not have after the jab. I did not have any pain or discomfort while having the injection.
