I went to the surgery with a potential eye and chest infection. The GP didn’t look at my eyes and dismissed my chest. She refused to give me Medication. I then went away and paid to have a consultation at a private practice and was prescribed antibiotics and told I had acute chest infection and eye infection.

The waiting time for the appointment with the nurse was over 20 minutes. I like that I'm able to get appoinments but the waiting time to be seen should be improved.

I waited over an hour to be seen even though I arrived on time. Then the GP told me I could have resolved my issue over the phone. I had called twice before my appointment and no one had been able to help me over the phone.

Rang to ask for advice from Dr on Tuesday. Advised to call back 8am on Wednesday. Got through within 5 minutes, offered F2F appointment for 10.10 or phone appointment. Opted for face to face. Saw a fantastically helpful and friendly Dr who discussed my medical issue and gave me options as to how to go foward. Thank you so much.

I call3d for a gp appointment and after explaining thr issue i was offered a same day appointment with the practice physio. Receptionist i spoke to was very helpful. Appointment was on time and the physio was great. The screen in the waiting area provided good useful information.

Doctor didn’t really help, told me to keep using the medication even though I told her I was having a reaction to it.

I am happy with the service that I got from the GP I met yesterday. He was attentive and understanding when I stated my problem and offered me options of treatment in line with my understanding of my circumstances. I am happy with the outcome of this visit

I rarely see Doctor, had 2 issues, felt like I was a nuisance on Doctor, who didn't have enough manners to talk to me rather than computer screen.

My new GP was extremely good and acknowledged my problem not like my other GP. He gave me enough time to listen my problems and treated me well. Good work extremely satisfied.
