Met senior doctor for first time and was very impressed. A lovely, very personable lady who took time to listen and talk to my wife and I.

I was told I needed to book a face to face appointment. When I got there the doctor was not aware why. complete waste of time. I took time off of work to attend.

“The person who saw me was very friendly and kind. I felt reassured”. This is what my daughter said when she was seen. The service for urgent care at the practise is great but for routine appointments it’s difficult.

I left the consultation very disappointed and quite upset. The doctor talked 'at me' and did not really listen to my concerns.

I was seen by a doctor who was very patient and empathetic. The checkup was very thorough and systematic. In the end, I was prescribed the necessary medications as well as being recommended to visit a specialist for a more persistent ailment.
