My experience of practise has always been very good. I've never had a bad experience with anyone in the practice at all. I had an appointment with the anticoagulant nurse ,who checked my blood and recorded my results, gave me my next appointment in 8 weeks time.

If I'm being honest the doctors here are not very helpful and just seems like they want to get you out the door as fast as they can. They like to rush you. Not even check if you have whay you have, just a rush job tbh. The nurse that did my blood test in december was awful, she was very rude, blunt and unfriendly. I am tempted to find another practice if my next visit is just as bad.

Rang the surgery appointment the next day all by telephone, which is the best way Was seen very quickly would recommend this practice

Because I couldn’t physically get to a face-to-face appointment (because of intense lower back and hip pain), I received a phone consultation. The GP I spoke with genuine seemed to care about my issue and was very helpful, professional and thorough: she set up an appointment for me to have an x-ray to see if there’s something visibly wrong which would lead to better, hopefully successful treatment for the pain. I’d had a previous appointment that had been less thorough or successful - setting up an appointment for physio without investigating what the problem might be first - so this most recent phone consultation was everything the prior appointment hadn’t been. The GP who spoke with me should be commended.
