Had a blood test and the doctor text me the next day with the results. Unbelievably so pleased i move to this practice.had a telephone conversation and the doctor listened make me feel better

I got a appointment quite easily for my vaccination. The nurse was polite and friendly, she told me the vaccination I was having and explained the side effects I may experience.

GP consultation on time. Fully aware of patient’s concerns- in depth discussion about the pathways which could be taken. Patient left feeling less anxious Receptionist extremely helpful when patient attempting to book blood test in house and was told it would be a 12 day wait. After explaining the situation the patient had a blood test within 15 mins. The patient was so appreciative of the prompt action taken Team working together for the benefit of a patient is so necessary and this was a good example Thank you to all !!

Very helpful staff, and good customer attention always listen to problem and act accordingly. Often help to resolve 3rd party issues in relation to referrals. Appointment is given within one week and if it is in emergency, it is often dealt with in reasonable time consideration the problems. You get reminder for appointment each time to help you remember .

My wife required to book a blood test for me at the reception a couple of weeks ago and the receptionist offered us a date which we then accepted. Fast forward today, I came off work (which I had to request in advance) and went to the surgery for the test. When I saw the nurse, I was told that I wasn't able to have a blood test without the doctor's notice. I had not received any call or message prior about this, nor was my wife told about this by the receptionist when she initially booked the test for me. I only received a message confirming that I had the appointment today. The only outcome that I got in the end, however, was a few confused faces and a waste of time and fuel getting here. Is the lack of organisation so bad that even requesting a simple blood test seems to be so challenging? I told the nurse that we booked the test with the receptionist at the time and she told me that the receptionists don't know about this? In the end, I'm the one that appeared to be out of their minds, when it clearly wasn't me that messed up. If I can't speak to the receptionist to book a blood test, who do I go to?

On arrival I was shown which way to go I went into the room & received the Flu & Covid jab, the whole experience was completed in less than 5 mins.
