Very positive visit, a very short wait before seeing the doctor. Doctor was friendly and helpful. The referral came through very quickly.

Apart from the time taken to get the face to face interview my experience was very good. The doctor was understanding professional and courteous and dealt with my needs effectively and efficiently.

It was my first experience of attending such a meeting run by one of the Surgery's doctors. It was very informative and interesting with welcome guidelines and suggested follow-on reading. Certainly added to my knowledge of how to self-help to avoid the disease. Very worthwhile and well run.

My experience of this practice has always been good. My medical needs have been met by any of the Doctors, Nurses and other staff whom I have encountered.

As ever, when I visit this, my family surgery, I feel as though I am coming among friends and professionals: people who genuinely care. Over the years our family has been helped, reassured, carried and comforted by this practice. We have faced tough times, trying times and frightening times, but the staff here have always come through. Always helped. Positive, cheerful and consistently determined to help us through the rough patches. This surgery is special.

I booked online and had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment (not ideal) but when I had my appointment I was seen on time and the doctor was excellent.

Good practice. Refered from 111 to A & E. They requested a change of medication. Done this online. Medication changed within 48 hrs. Considering the pressures on Doctors within the NHS, I think the response is very good. Thanks
