In my last appointment I was very pleased with the service from Dr. He was not in a hurry and checked everything whatever was necessary.

The GP I saw was very good and polite. However there is one receptionist who doesn’t seem to care or take any notice of your query. The same one every time. Probably need training to be more sympathetic.

My experience of the practice is limited to occasional non urgent visits. Each time I have received the attention and care necessary for my needs.

The doctor was incredibly thorough over the phone and addressed all queries including things I’d let go of from a previous visit. We sometimes like to see a doctor face to face but with increasing time pressure this isn’t always an option for them. The phone consultation was fabulous and saved a trip and having to sit patiently in the waiting room. This also allows the doctor to be able to multitask and put energy into assessing and directing concerns efficiently. We’re not there to have a chat. We’re there for their expertise and advice.

Was suffering from a flare up of a present condition. Amazingly was able to book a next day appointment where the GP consulted with consultants and experts before prescribing me medication and a follow up appointment.

The nurse I saw was very friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered my questions. She followed up my appointment very quickly by sending me links to helpful information that we had discussed Siri g the appointment.

I am about to start a Physiotherapy course and needed help with the list of vaccinations I have to get. I was able to go onto the website and request a list of my vaccinations on my medical record. These arrived almost instantly. I then spoke to a receptionist was very helpful and she booked me an appointment with a nurse. The nurse called on time and helped me work out which ones I can get through my GP and booked me an appointment. Thank you!
