The person that I saw was friendly and happy to answer any questions. The reception staff was also happy to help and patient with patients.

Attended a very informative talk on preventing diabetes. Very well delivered, practical and focused on relevant information for target group. Learned important facts on carbohydrates that I did not know.

My son needed to see the doctor as I suspected he had an infection. He was seen very quickly and antibiotics prescribed for a chest infection. I'm glad they took my call seriously and made an emergency appointment. In the past I was let down and sent directly to hospital without even seeing him only to be told at hospital that he should have gone to the GP first . Doctor was lovely, efficient and good with small kids. Thank you !

Doctor barely gave me the time of day. Didn’t address my concerns about finding some hard lumps in obscured areas along with increasing symptoms and pain for a month now, and didn’t make effort to find them despite my insistence. Was dismissive and played down my concerns despite the fact I never go doctors and don’t want to waste anyone’s time. Left me feeling unheard, alone and worthless. Took me a month to get this appt. Had to push to get bloods done and next available appt was in a month. So two months pass before someone may take me seriously about something that has been presenting really worrying symptoms. Also tried to open up about mental health concerns and difficult time I’ve had with stress over last 4 years and was cut off and told we only had 10mins. Referred to physio and left to get on with it despite the fact I relayed the fact I already paid for osteo who thought I should see doctor about what they saw and felt. I don’t intend to complain. Will just wait until I have severe symptoms at which point it will be too late. Seems that catching illness early is not a priority. This is not health care. This is only sick care.

I’ve had need to use the service more frequently this year than previously and have been pleasantly surprised at how good it is. You do have to wait a while for an appointment (especially if you need a blood test or a face to face) but I appreciate the whole service is under pressure and this is not the surgery’s fault. At appointments all the doctors I’ve seen have been wonderful, listened attentively and didn’t make me feel rushed. I’ve come away feeling positive each time.

The doctor decided I should have a blood test but there were no appointments for some time. She kindly spoke to the practice nurse who managed to squeeze me in the next day. She added to her workload but was, as always, friendly, kind and very efficient; I felt no discomfort and she treated me like a valued patient. I cannot praise her enough - she is certainly an enormous asset to the practice.

Trying to get through the phone to the practice is a proper nightmare and a great waiting time, but once you have your appointment booked and you’re in, the service is great.
