I was given a choice of appointments, the earliest was same day I asked for one. Unfortunately due to other commitments, I chose an appointment few days later. I was seen at the time of my appointment; the GP was friendly, examined my abdomen, asked me to bring a lab specimen which i will take at earliest opportunities. I was in, and out of surgery in 15 minutes.

Had a blood test today which was carried out by the nurse she was very nice polite and very good when taking my bloods and asked me about my blood pressure and she has put a link on my phone so I can send in my reading on a daily basis for one week so they can monitor how my meds are keeping control

Triaged within an hour, plus Dr called, appointment made for convenient time later in the day, prescription issued and collected all on the same day.

I waited under 5 mins to see wonderful gentleman Dr,I had not met before. He was fully up to date with my medical history &dealt with current concern& prescription renewal efficiently but warmly.

Very happy with service from my GP wshe is very caring and really listens and refers when you need to be referred and also if she needs to speak to another consultant

Filled in online form and saw a doctor within two hours. I was very concerned about a lesion on my arm and the doctor saw me quickly and was very kind and personable.

I have used this surgery a few times this year and have always found them efficient, returning calls on time. Their online triage system works very well. Reception and pharmacy staff helpful.

GPs are excellent Waiting list to see much too long at times Blood tests and practice nurse procedures waiting times are not acceptable in a thriving practice such as this Had to use Teddington Memorial Hospital for overdue removal of sutures Waiting nearly 3 weeks for a blood test
