I had a very positive experience with the phlebotomist who was pleasant and efficient however my earlier communication to the surgery regarding the blood test requirements had not been actioned.

Following an NHS health check my cholesterol was found to be above normal. The practice asked me to make an appointment, talked me through the next steps and immediately made a follow up appointment several weeks later to check progress. They sent me advice on diet by text. Generally have found them responsive and ready to refer me when necessary.

Efficient, helpful understanding proactive. The doctor undersood my heeds and came up with a solution. A review time in the future was set. Appropriate mefecines were prescribed

Phlebotomist saw me as soon as I arrived(early) She was pleasant, extremely professional and took the blood painlessly. Also, I’d forgotten to ask what Covid jab I had last week and the receptionist checked for me and was able to give me the information I needed. Only problem with the surgery and not the fault of the staff is the problems I always have getting a GP appointment.

Very caring staff. Good premises. Only downside is the shortage of available appointments. However, I’m sure if there was an emergency assistance would be given.
