Failed to respond to online triage for child. Requested photos which were sent but nothing back. Very disappointing as then required urgent medical care

Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear this. Please write into the Practice with you and your childs full details, and the date this took place, so we can investigate further. Please note, we have a 3 working day turnaround for any Online Triage queries and requests. My GP is an amazing doctor as she takes her time to listen carefully to me and she is enthusiastic about working towards finding solutions to a problem. She has put in great effort and care towards her work as a doctor and is dedicated to help others. I am grateful to have her as my doctor.

Informative. Good listening skills and empathetic. Concerned how long it has taken to recieve a blood test when in other areas they seem to be able to access a walk in service. Thank you.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback, we really appreciate it and are happy to hear you had a good experience at the Practice recently. Our aim is to take Phlebotomy in-house if the SWL Commissioners offer us a contract. Until then, our only option is Surrey Pathology who currently hold it, with waiting times at an all time high, and stock levels/supplies at an all time low. Other London and national commissioners have chosen to deliver Phlebotomy services differently, but it is beyond our control. Please bear with us during this period. Super service with a smiley happy doctor. Seen on time, very helpful advice, laughter the best medicine and given the prescription and away we went. Left feeling good.

I'm new to the area and the practice so was delighted to get to see a doctor in person and on time. It was so good to experience careful listening and intelligent responding to my concerns and very impressive that all my questions were fielded without any sense of pressure and hurry. Thank you. Reception staff were equally helpful and clear in their communication.

Extremely friendly and highly efficient. Had flu jab last week and was in and out in one minute flat. Had covid jab yesterday and was even quicker. Appointments very punctual.
