I have given a review already. Also I think it is insulting to your GPs to be routinely checked like this. My GP listened carefully and provided me with help and explanations. Also I was offered an X-ray within a week after the appointment which was pleasing rather than having to wait longer.

Auto check in machine was not working which resulted in long queue. Receptionist knew it was broken but didn’t want to turn it off or put a sign up. Just added to the confusion. Once seen by a nurse she was really nice and very efficient.

Unfortunately I attended the practice on 12thOct for a doctors and blood test appointment and the check in machine did not alert the doctor I was there and was waiting 40 mins having twice alerted the receptionist. I waited 30 mins for the blood test but I realized the nurse was dealing with a lot of young babies, and my doctors appointment was an hour ahead so was not too worried. But in general I have been very pleased with the treatment I have received

I only had a flu jab but it was very quick and efficient. I would prefer to have had my Covid vaccination there but on this App I wasn’t given that option.

Very welcoming staff, smooth check-in process, clean and open waiting area. Very efficient management of appointments; almost always seen on or before time. Accessible with nearby parking and local pharmacy.

I am very happy with this GP practice. Have been able to get appointments in a timely fashion and when it is emergency they see you very quickly and refer immediately. Always polite and helpful. A very good experience.

Was looking to get my flu jab, they allowed me to change my slot easily and when I arrived I was in and out with my jab in minutes.
