I popped in for my Covid booster on Tuesday, and literally I just popped in. Within 5 minutes I was done and dusted. Even though there were lots of people waiting for their jabs, the system was smooth and efficient. Well done everyone.

Medical staff are very caring and friendly, good listeners. Also the non medical staff are always courteous and doing their best to help.

Today I had my annual health check. The practice nurse explained the whole procedure, guided me through it at the correct pace, answered my questions and gave me a clear read out.

Very quick and painless. No hanging around although the booking system at the surgery did not recognise that I had booked the Covid jab. How difficult can that be? A shame as I received many reminders even though I had in fact booked.Even when I turned up it said I had no appointment but of course I had done so. Very frustrating but jabs were great!

Overall, this GP is good. They used to change receptionist quite often, and now seems ok. It'd be good to shorten the wait time both via phone call and face-to-face consultation.

My Covid boost was perfect. There were loads of people waiting for their jabs. Mine was at 5.50 and I was in there at 5.50. Finished by 5,52. Totally brilliant. In fact this happens mostly at Hampton Hill. Love them to pieces.

Staff are extremely courteous and efficient. Waiting room is clean and welcoming. You get seen more or less on time.

I can't explain how poor this surgery is. Every time my family and I try to book an appointment the next availabel slot (in person or over the phone) is 6 weeks away. Minimum. It infuriates me and many other patients that have to use this facility just how poor the setup is here. It is a disgrace.
