    No matter how big or small your problem you are always treated really well, you are listened to and when you need an appointment you get one as soon as possible. If you have to wait a week for an appointment you get an apology, unlike my previous surgery where a 3 week wait was the norm. They do everything in their power to sort out your medical problem and look after you when you need reviews, blood tests or anything, can’t fault this practice

    Annual health check. Appointment on time and Sister pleasant and thorough. Brought forward a pending blood test to save me a return visit, very thoughtful. Thankyou.

    The doctor didn’t know what he was calling me about when he should have been talking through my xray and next steps. He seems quite aloof and I felt I had to prompt for information. He was quite dismissive and seemed eager to get off the phone.

    Nurse was quite thorough, very pleasant, I did have a long wait as they were having trouble with computers.but overall quite good .

    I was listened to by the receptionist and the GP. Both took my needs seriously and I was spoken to by the GP on the same day, my prescription was emailed immediately to my dispensary. This surgery has looked after me, my daughters and my daughter’s daughter. The staff are friendly- yet always show a high standard of professionalism at all times. I have been fortunate to have been a patient for 16+ years and hope to be with them for the rest of my life. I would 100% recommend this caring surgery.

    Was very happy after moving from a GP that I found rude, dismissive, disrespectful and had no interest in helping me with my issues. I complained to the practice manager and saw a different GP who provided referrals, treatment and advice on the numerous challenges I had raised with the prior GP who would just sit and stare at you and do absolutely nothing to support you. I am hoping that the positivity I got from the new GP continues as it’s nice to feel heard and respected for a change.
