Thanks again for your support. The hospital proved to be the correct way forward after the practice nurse and the doctor concluded a mutual diagnosis. I was dealt with speedily and efficiently and the service was wonderful thank you x

The practice nurse was very friendly reassuring & punctual, despite a heavy workload. She explained the treatment & possible side effects to expect.

I called at 8am and was given an urgent appointment for the same day. The Dr was patient and understanding. He was running behind on his appointment times but he did not rush me. He was empathetic and I felt like he actually cared.

Reception staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Appointment was on time with the nurse, efficient and knowledgeable. Took time to inform me about my questions , friendly manner.

I attended the surgery on 14 November for a couple of health problems. The GP was extremely helpful and dealt with my problems in a sensitive and caring manner and has referred me to the appropriate health care departments for further investigations. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Whenever myself or family attend Harambee we have always been pleased with the service and advice given

I had a catch up with the doctor about my mental health and alcohol usage. As always, he was lovely. Kind, caring and genuinely concerned. He mentioned that he could see an improvement and was proud of my progress which was really encouraging and gave me so much hope for the future. I love this practice. Never a problem. Always feel valued. .
