Based on my experience so far staff is professional and friendly. Show respect, care and listen. We discussed my health needs within the limits of the appointment and agreed care plans gor improvement. So far my experience has excellent.

A vaccine jab ..In on time,seen on time,friendly nurse. Very efficient and was there a total of 5 mins.

After misunderstanding my telephone appointment and not following what I'd been told. It was easy to rectify my mistake thanks to all concerned understanding my mistake and helpfully finding the solution.

I would just like to review the time scale for the wait that I wrote on my last review. In fact it was 2 weeks when I saw the nurse practitioner from time of making the appointment.

Courteous staff. Patient and helpful. I attended for a routine blood test. When I arrived a lady was in discussion with the receptionist for a good 10 minutes. Maybe on reflection this situation isn't ideal as the lady was discussing quite personal feelings. Having lived in a number of places I have had 6 different doctors surgeries. Harambee is the best I have had.
