I went for a routine check up that I had received a text message to remind me that I needed it done. The nurse went above and beyond to help me.

Excellent service from all staff and excellent service from my Doctor He listence and encourages which I find most helpful when dealing.with chronic pain.

I saw a locom GP and he was wonderful! . He listened, did not rush my consultation, explained in clear layman’s terms my condition and confirmed that what I was suffering with was what I suspected. I wish he was my long term GP, he was a credit to the NHS

I was very pleased with how my appointment went, the staff were welcoming and friendly. I have come from a very large practice and always felt rushed if I needed to visit, Harambee has a lovely atmosphere and I didn’t feel at all rushed.

I saw the Nurse who was friendly and talked me through everything. Had my blood taken with no fuss or pain

Always treated with respect and quick at answering the phone. Staff are lovely and very helpful. I like the fact dispensary are on site and the staff are extremely good and pleasant. I attended for a blood test today and all went smoothly

I Requested an urgent appointment with a doctor, as I needed a new prescription to treat a surprise condition before I left on holiday. The receptionist was very understanding and found me an appointment later the same morning. The doctor emailed a prescription to the chemist and I collected it later that day. Brilliant Service.

Nipped in for a blood test. I was reminded that my yearly test was due by the practice and it was easy to get an appointment time that fitted around my working day. In and out within 15 mins. No waiting, no fuss, lovely staff.

Rang a couple of hours earlier to see about an appointment I was given an appointment straight away for later in the day. Staff and doctor very nice and pleasant as always. Very pleased with my visit.
