Despite a 45 minute wait, due to an emergency call, the consultation was good. The doctor was empathetic with my problem and I was referred to the physiotherapist the same afternoon at the surgery. Good result.

All the team were professional, friendly and courteous throughout. I felt that I was listened to, respected and dealt with accordingly.

The nurse was one I have seen several times before. She is always kind and above all, reassuring. The examination of my feet led her to refer me to a specialist clinic and recommended me to see the doctor about my vertigo.

This practice went above and beyond when dealing with me yesterday. They were friendly and non judgemental. I feel I am lucky as I called for an appointment and received it that day.

Had an issue with post nasal drip which was quickly identified. I rung up at 12 30 and saw a GP 4 hours later very good service

From booking my appointment to attending my experience was very positive. The nurse listened to me during my appointment and repeated my conversation with her so she understood what I was saying, which gave me confidence in her appraisal.

I honestly feel cared about by everyone at this surgery. From the receptionist who makes my appointment, the practice nurses and the Drs. There’s even a physiotherapist! Harambee have cared for me, my daughters and up until recently, my granddaughter. Feels very family run, and the GP/nurse comes out and asks for you by name- no looking at an electronic display. And getting an appointment is easy, I’ve called at different times of the day, and they can still fit me in within a few days. Reminders for health checks are sent when needed. I can’t ever imagine not being a patient at Harambee, and would strongly recommend it.

Another yearly check up done, reminder from the practice and once again got an early morning appointment that didn’t affect my work day. The nurse did not make me feel rushed and was very thorough. As ever, friendly, respectful, yet professional staff, from the receptionist and the nurse.
