WAs seen fairly quickly Doctor was running late so appt was sorted well but I didn’t feel as if I could discuss at length about my issue

Was very happy after moving from a GP that I found rude, dismissive, disrespectful and had no interest in helping me with my issues. I complained to the practice manager and saw a different GP who provided referrals, treatment and advice on the numerous challenges I had raised with the prior GP who would just sit and stare at you and do absolutely nothing to support you. I am hoping that the positivity I got from the new GP continues as it’s nice to feel heard and respected for a change.

I e-mailed the surgery with concerns about current medication I am taking. The response was very prompt and I had a telephone consultation with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner. I was very impressed with the consultation as my concerns were listened to and I was not made to feel that I was being silly with the questions I needed answering. My queries need referring to a hospital consultant which is what I hoped for. Very pleased with the service I received.

The system works well do not change it. Do not try and go high tech don’t change what is working the existing service is at odds with most reports of go service

In terms of going high tech, all GP practices are guided by NHS England and its use of digital technology, they put plans in place to develop IT functionality in GP practices and it does so in response to the evolving needs of patients. We will always do our best to inform patients of any changes in practice. Very helpful and accommodating. Staff are very professional and approachable. The staff always appear to go the extra mile to ensure that patients needs are met with least inconveniences.
