Got appointment same day as phoning, saw doctor, got examined and left with prescription for medication. All you need from a doctors practice.

All staff are very friendly and supportive. I was very pleased with the consultation. GP was listening to my issues and was very caring.

Visited for a face to face following blood tests. The doctor is a fantastic doctor who cares about his patients. The nurse is always lovely and helpful and the reception staff always seem busy. Thanks for all your understanding and help

While the doctors and nurses are very good it has become virtually impossible to seee a doctor at the surgery since covid in my experience. Last time I wanted to see the doctor I had to wait over three weeks for a telephone appointment and still haven't seen a gp. The nurse who I saw only took half the bloods that were required meaning I had to return a week later losing more time off work

Was looked after very well and efficiently by the nurse who did various health checks and two lots of bloods and also a ECG. Then I got to see the doctor who reviewed my prescriptions and was very helpful.

Always manage to get through to reception on the phone and I have always found the staff very helpful. I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. I really cannot complain about anything

Cannot complain about the waiting times, how long you have to wait to see a G.P. The Doctors always take good time to listen. Pharmacy is exeptional as i always forget to put my repeat perscriptions in. Only flaw is the odd receptionist, can be very rude.

My experience was with a doctor who puts you at ease. I feel so comfortable in his company. I can speak to him open and honestly without reprisal. He is a wonderful GP. The receptionists are very helpful and knowledgeable in their work. The nurses are lovely to talk to and do their job professionally and treat the patients with utmost curtesy. I can visit Harabee Surgery in the knowledge that I will be treated with respect.

This was my first appointment at the practice. Receptionist was polite and professional and I saw the Doctor promptly. The doctor gave me the amount of time I needed to properly discuss issues and he dealt with me a in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner.
