I had a phone appointment with the nurse to assess and then a face to face appointment the same day. she was wonderful, very thorough and got me the help I needed. she was friendly and professional and put me at ease.

Everyone very helpful . The doctor has been very quick to arrange hospital appointments. Doctor very easy to talk to and a good listener . Very happy patient !!!

I rang for an urgent appointment & was seen at 12 noon the same day. The doctor was so kind & helpful & the staff there are always smiling & helpful

Always used to be an excellent practice but since Corvid very difficult to see the same doctor if you can see one at all

On occasions you may not be able to see the same GP due to their timetable, when they are working in practice and also patients own availability alongside this. We do try our best to accommodate patients as much as possible. From reception to the doctors and nurses have always had good service and felt listen to and gave been offered a face or telephone appointment and if had any queries or questions they have done their best to help me

It must be at least 5 years since I went to my doctors (I know how much they are under pressure). So bitterly disappointed to have to write this review. I booked an appointment after it was recommended by the nurse (who was very nice and caring) Once there I was given a rushed appointment. And I mean really rushed, less than 5 minutes and I’m being generous. The doctor never listened to what my concerns were or what I was asking or saying. Just checked my chest, said there was no infection and dismissed me even though I had complained of chest pains and had issues the nurse had pointed out that needed reviewing by the doctor. Poor service and a total lack you empathy and patient care. Even though I know they are under extreme pressure, would recommend just going straight to hospital, you’ll get better care!
