I had several appointments over a couple of weeks and each time I was treated with the utmost respect. The doctor explained everything clearly and was extremely personable. I have never had a bad experience here. The receptionists and pharmacy staff are cheerful, discreet and efficient and the nurses are so caring and approachable. Five stars plus!

Staff friendly and helpful doctors are amazing, it's great having a chemist on site as well so you don't have to go Colne.

Visited the GP with what I thought was a sensitive issue and was dealt with quickly and efficiently thank you. Within half an hour I had received a referral and a speedy specialist appointment. The N H S receives a lot of criticism but they are always there for my family thank you.

Reception staff are always helpful, appointments are made and available within a week usually. GP and Nurses professional and caring

Very thankful for the team to be able to see our boy on the day we called. The reception staff were welcoming and offered our boy stickers to cheer him up. The Dr talked through what he was doing and why which put our son at ease. We agreed a plan for his treatment and we were able to get the prescription fulfilled quickly. Thank you so much for the speedy help.

I feel that I receive proper treatment from all parts of the practice, polite and prompt service. Only comment concerning what seems like long waiting time for telephone appointments. Otherwise good.
