Very helpful receptionists, Doctors and Nurses make you feel at ease, they are always so helpful.I have always had a good experience when I have visited Harambee Doctors surgery.

I Always manage to get an appointment and the reception staff are lovely . You don’t have a long wait when ringing for an emergency appointment

You could tell the doctor was in a rush and wanted to get rid of you quickly. The checks carried out were done efficiently, however I very rarely come to the doctors unless I’m at the end of my tether and genuinely need some help. This was not really given, I could have gotten the advice given to me from a member of the public. It just gives me less faith in the NHS and even more reason to not bother coming to the surgery in future.

I regularly order a repeat prescription and don't experience any problems. Recently I haven't required an appointment but I was given treatment after, a telephone consultation, for an issue.

Lovely doctor. Explained everything very accurately. Nice to not be rushed. Excellent service. Nice to be able to go into the surgery and speak to a doctor face to face.
