They always seem to be on time and very polite, they also are very helpful and always try to solve your health problems.

I’ve always found this a great small practice…just how Gp practices used to be! You can phone up and get a routine appointment anytime. After moving to this area and from a Modality Gp practice where trying to get any kind of an appointment was a nightmare……Harambee Surgery was a breath of fresh air.

Since moving to this practice my experience has improved and I cannot fault the treatment I've had. Friendly and helpful staff. Getting an on the day appointment is not a worry like it used to be either. Overall, an excellent practice and long may it continue.

After suffering great pain for a week, I telephoned around 2pm to request an appointment. Saw GP at 4.50 the same day. Excellent service.

Very caring, kind & helpful. Didn’t rush me. Give me reassurance & medication that I needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Also had my bloods done & was very caring.

I am so lucky to be a patient at this surgery. The staff are friendly, yet professional- and I have always felt listened to and cared for. Up until recently, the surgery looked after my daughter from being a child, then her child too. I never have to wait too long for an appointment and a referral to the hospital, if needed. All parts of my treatments have always been explained clearly to me. Thank you
