I had a review with the practice nurse about some medication I was on. From this appointment I was booked in the following week for another check up and small procedure. The nurse put me totally at ease and answered any questions I had.

My hubby and I have been patients at Harambee Surgery for 11 years, we feel so overwhelmingly grateful to all the staff. We know that the staff's due dilligence can be relied on, ultimately providing health advice and a service we respect and value. I recently had routine blood tests and was called to make a follow-up appointment to see a Doctor. The Doctor spent time with me discussing the results, sharing information on the computer and a way forward. I left feeling informed and valued. Prior to this, I had cause to see one of the Practice Nurses, she was so thorough; gave me some advice and referred me to the hospital. The Specialist Nurse at the hospital , told me that it was 'one of the best and most detailed referrals that she had ever received; I felt very valued. Thankyou again Harambee!

This practice is always easy to communicate with,the phone is answered promptly,and any health concerns are dealt with efficiently and quickly.

Doctor quickly rang me back after district nurses sent them a prescription request and then sent it to my pharmacy where I picked it up later that evening

My experience of Harambee surgery is that it provides you with good access to appointments with GP, or Nurse in addition to dealing with requests or preparing prescriptions quickly.

The practice always notifies me when my appointment is approaching, more importantly if I need to make an appointment they alway try their best to see me as soon as possible. I am extremely happy with the all the staff as they work as a fantastic team, listening with empathy and best supporting my needs. Additionally, and just as important, the Pharmacy’s support is second to none. I get a monthly prescription which is always ready and never been missed. This is reassuring to know my medication will always be provided on time by friendly happy staff

I went in for blood test and my flu jab and my first person I saw was the receptionist who was really kind and helpful and had a lovely smile that immediately put me at ease and also all the staff are so friendly and helpful and polite plus you can ask lots of questions why blood tests and what they are for
