    Huge delays in answering the phone even in a short queue waiting times are over a hour to be spoken to, only to be told there is nothing that can be done about your problem. No help is offered from this practice in the slightest and I would suggest that people look elsewhere for medical advice

    For non urgent appts the 8 oclock call system does not work if you want to see a doctor. When asked about seeing a nurse the receptionist asked what for and when explained the appt was probably for bloods due to past anaemia, to be told the nurse can not take bloods without the patient seeing a GP first. Nurses have autonomy and advance nurse practitioners can write prescriptions and make a clinical decision to take bloods - Waste of a GP appt without the results of a simple test...........Also runs the risk of a non urgent then becoming urgent and further pressuring our urgent care systems

    Got told my results aren’t urgent when they’re urgent to me. Told I would be called back in 2 weeks. Almost 2 months later and calling every day still no appointment or call back

    Getting appointment for children is way out, every time I call I get the same thing, all appointments have gone ect call again tomorrow, I'm all for waiting for appointments but for children that have disabilities it's wrong I will be looking for another doctors that can hopefully give my children the time an care they need

    Blakenall Practice is a very friendly, welcoming Practice. Everyone has time to deal with queries etc. Patients never feel rushed.

    Was very impressed with the greeting I received on arrival at reception. My appointment was bought forward because of bad weather, so seen Dr on arrival & was happy with the consultation.

    The nurses at this practice are fantastic, they took proper care of me needing medical attention and also diabetes advise , they took the time to go over care plans regarding medication etc , they promptly booked up follow up appointments and was really caring, the room was clean and organized and follow up appointment booking from the nurses and links to online logging of blood pressure was easy , overall they are very friendly and competent glad I met them .

    No appointment available every time called , not answering phones, this GP has never been easy. Only call when they need review. Does not care about patients health condition

    After having an ongoing issue with multiple doctors, today I spoke to a “Zarish rodrigues” and what a lovely woman she was. Senitive topics weren’t uncomfortable and she gave me all that I needed. It was a pain to have to wait 2 days overdue when I was meant to have a consult but I’m glad it’s finally sorted. Thanks again doctor.
