All surgeries clothes for staff training on the same day this is totally not a safe practice of house service and could be better managed and the waiting time to get through on the phone anything from 45 minutes to an hour to be answered is shocking patients have to put more pressure on the 111 service because out 3 Doctor surgeries have to all do there training the same day where is the logic in of health services

Appointment made today saw Doctor @ appointed & appreciate remedy / advice given he will advise necessary surgery department & I will contact hospital for further instructions

Rang up my usual practice at stonydelph but as usual you can't get to see a doctor, I was offered glascote which I took as I needed to see someone. Received excellent service from reception through to the doctor, the Doctor was very good, on the ball, got me an x-ray and physio sorted and then went through the findings of the x-ray with me. Very happy with her

Dr has a lovely bedside manner. Took my health seriously with great care and detail. Made me feel very comfortable. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, always deal with any requests fast and efficiently (even with my extensive health requirements). I feel I am very looked after here.

This is the first time used for my mom who's 96 and have to say I'm very pleased with the way I was treated and the outcome for my mom, who has been changed from her normal doctor after 70 plus years as no longer in there area.

I called on the day for an appointment and the receptionist was friendly, kind and professional. The GP I saw was frankly lovely. He listened intently, let me go on, was empathetic and kind. He acted on why I was there and it made me feel so happy to be listened to.

I had an appointment with the nurse clinician today for a consultation, I didn't feel rushed at all and felt she listened to my concerns and addressed each issue. Lovely lady.

Was given a face to face appointment at 8.30 am,to return at 9.45am. More than happy with the service I had today,doctor was very thorough to help with my damaged wrist. Good surgery all in all,they are all under pressure,and just trying to do their best.

I had to contact the surgery for tge first time in five years, a lot has changed. I had to phone at 8.30 for an appointment and was on hold for ten minutes. I got an appointment for the afternoon. I had to wait just a few minutes, I saw a practitioner who was not a doctor, I was asked lots of questions and was not rushed. I thought that they got to the core of my issue and had a plan for me.
