The doctor I saw, had a very good bedside manner, he was au fait with the medication I was taking and because he knew that some medication reacted with others he suggested that some were taken am and others pm. This has had the effect of raising my heart beats per minute to a more acceptable level.

The nurse is amazing, iv been seen by herself on a few occasions and she just makes me feel so at ease, she’s always extremely happy and chatty which always makes the appointments go nice and easy. She generally takes an interest in you and will have a laugh. She truly is lovely!

Very thougher and compassionate doctor gave me ample time to explain my symptoms and gave me good advice .my appointment was on time and receptionist booked me another appointment with in two weeks

I was seen my a doctor in which I’d never seen before, granted I could have asked for a doctor I had but I wasn’t really fussed. On arrival the doctor didn’t seem interested anyway, asked me what my condition was called? How am I supposed to know? He had open ampules on his desk in which wasn’t used in our appointment. I told him a personal and sensitive thing which could’ve related to my problem and he rolled his eyes and didn’t reply for a minute. I normally have good experiences at this doctors and have had for the past 15 years from what I can remember however this specific visit I felt there was a lack of professionalism and safety practices being used.

I rarely make appointments, but I have had to make several this month 2 out of the 3 I have arrive 5mins early and both I have been late. In fact first appointment was 24mins late. Then when I actually got to sit in front of the Dr I was rushed, I didn’t feel like I was listened too, and generally felt fobbed off! My second appointment I had to go over all of the same issues and recite hospital visits from 2-3years ago when all of this should be in my notes I’m finding the whole situation unnecessarily stressful . There seems to be no duty of care during my visits and once I’ve had this 3rd visit I doubt I will return as I’m made to feel like I’m wasting the Dr time because he’s already running late.

Last visit was the first time I’ve felt rushed and not understood. Language barrier was an issue and lack of knowledge of off the shelf medicines was concerning

I met with my GP to discuss my recent blood pressure readings. I felt she conducted the consultation in a professional and polite manner. She took time to listen to my questions and discuss treatment. It was a positive interaction. She also followed me up a week later, as she said she would, with a phone call to check on how I was getting on with my new medication. Thank you for your support at a challenging time for me. I have always found the entire staff at this practice from reception to clinicians to be professional and polite. Please keep up the good work!
