I nearly cried (happy and relieved tears), today, after my consultation. I felt listened to and the person that helped me went the extra mile to help me get on the right path to finally sorting out my ongoing problem. Very sympathetic ear, very good listener.

I’ve been under the diabetes clinic for some time and have found them to be so helpful and offer great advice and solutions to managing my diabetes. The nurses communicate clearly and understand how everyday life gets in the way. With their help I’ve been told my diabetes is close to being in remission if I continue to follow their advice. Great work from the team!

I went with my 4 year old and both scared of needles the nurse talked us both through and was amazing my daughter was happy with 2 stickers and a certificate and no tears

Used their online request for a consultation at 8.10am. By 11am I had had a telephone consultation, face to face consultation, in house blood test plus results, prescription and a plan if there continued to be an issue. Couldn’t fault the speedy, thorough service.

As a parent to several children and with a disabled Mother this practise has always gone above and beyond for me and all of my family. They understand mothers intuition and make the right call every single time. I have always found the call navigators understanding and pass on all relevant information to be analysed by a clinician or GP. The call backs are on time and visits to the medical centre I find it clean and tidy and rarely running behind. I couldn’t wish to be at a better, more understanding practise. I know everyone will have their own experience but I can’t fault the help I receive which dates back to pre - children days at the old glades surgery too. I cannot be more grateful to the staff!

Both doctors and nurses have responded to phone calls and on line messages with timely advice and referral to a consultant. Everything clearly explained and followed up. I have full confidence in their work

During the last 7 days I have received treatment from 3 nurses who in my opinion treated me in a very professional caring way but above all took time to listen and this I find is very rare they didn’t just listen they actually heard what I said they each individually have made a difference and provided care above what was expected of them. Thank you.

What a superb service I've received today. Check-in was quick, easy, I had a query that the front desk dealt with in a brilliant, professional and friendly manner. My appointment started bang on-time, I was straight in and straight out, no problems. The Nurse I was with was polite, courteous and very good. We had a student Nurse with us who was the very same, but with clear enthusiasm for the job. Parking was free, I was in the building no more than 10 minutes, I felt like I was cared for at every step and I wanted to let people know how good this surgery is.
