Once an appointment has been made the medical care is excellent, the Doctor did not rush us. The biggest problem is getting an appointment either face to face or remotely.

Well done. Appointment bang on time. In and out in no time for a blood test. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The Doctors are very thorough and answered any questions you may have. You never feel rushed and you are always listened to.

I always feel well looked after by this practice. All staff from reception to GP and everyone in between are always helpful and do their best to help patients.

The staff at the practice are warm and very helpful. I've yet to meet a doctor but the nursing staff and the ladies at the reception were very kind and quite helpful.

I was very grateful that I could be slotted in at very short notice, it meant I could get my problem treated and the medication cleared it up quickly. So I must thank the receptionist who helped sort out the appointment with the doctor so quickly.

The phone waiting queue was shorter than normal and was answered quickly. I was offered an on the day phone appointment. The doctor was great and she even sent me some physio exercises onto my phone.
