Surgery is fine. Individual doctor was unhelpful and ultimately had a dismissive attitude - by text - and I was left feeling like a time waster. I’ve now seen a different doctor and am completely happy with the outcome of that meeting.

Not only was the receptionist kind -but she was very helpful she managed to get an appointment for my son first thing. The Nurse we saw again, was extremely kind and thorough with my son. I didn’t feel rushed in my appointment. She checked him over and asked him questions on how he felt. I haven’t seen a nurse like that for a long time. I had my other 3 children with me, 4 in total, and again she was just lovely towards them. She prescribed him antibiotics.

I had made a face to face appointment with a Doctor at St. Mary’s surgery. I had been suffering with a flare up of arthritis for a while, which was getting worse. I was not offered any treatment. No Steroid injection, apparently there is a waiting list of 4 months. I was speechless and shocked. An injection takes a few minutes. Neither was I offered steroid tablets, which would have helped. These are the treatments laid down by NICE guidelines. I was forced to see a private Doctor at great expense.

By chance I found I could book an appointment online. The GP was very helpful and reassuring. So much less stressful to be able to book an appointment for non urgent matters.

Reception ran very smoothly. Seemed to be kind accommodating staff. No complaints. The doctor I saw, even though he technically did his job, appeared to not care at all that I had come in to get checked up. Even to the point where he asked me what I thought the problem was. If I had gone to medical school like he had, then I may have been able to give an answer. Disappointed.

Been at surgery for 6 months never seen a doctor when I had a flare up of my COPD was asked what I wanted him to do ! Help me feel better your the doctor. All I received was a change in my antibiotics.
