Had an appt to see Dr, but he rang and said I could talk over the phone if I wanted, which I did. Very polite helpful Dr who answered my questions and provided the medication

I am grateful to most of the staff. Doctor in question has depressed me. Kept laughing at me. I need to change tablets. Was thrown. I need help with this.

Was nice to b able to book an appointment quite easily with the new system. Because it was too difficult with the old system I put off making appointments and therefore had several things to discuss but wasn't given time. I appreciate the Doc had other patients waiting but did he not realise that because I had so many problems I am in constant pain and quite miserable. Just felt like a number that had to be dealt with quickly.

Phone line.... 60 in the queue to be told no appointments, not urgent so was happy for one the following day or week regarding getting my child a referral. Can't offer anything. Phone the following day same again. Told to try online which worked OK but by the time you fill out the details the appointment your on has then gone. Did finally get one waited 2 weeks. Gp that called was great.

Doctor was great, booked appointment on line as by telephone is perhaps one of the worse experience you can go through. Doctor said I’d get a referral letter/mail/phone call- still waiting. Not his fault as he said it all goes through the admin yeam

Waited two full days for a callback now 20.18 in the evening still nothing. What a disgrace. Called the practice day before and yes you are on the call list but where is the call coming from a foreign country

Very difficult to get an appointment. Once achieved several days wait. Disappointed as when your ill this is when you need an appointment. However my doctor was extremely efficient. Asked questions. Listened attentively & agreed way forward. Once blood test results obtained very quick response from doctor.
