I left a review last month and had an email to say to get in touch so the practice could respond, also said I could see the response on line, since then my review has been removed from on line, didn't think that was allowed, and no response is visible. I did get in touch with the practice separately as instructed and got no response to that either -

I wish to express my heartfelt thanks for the care and empathy extended towards me on an unscheduled visit to the surgery on Monday to the GP, two practitioners and the receptionist who all helped me. I am very grateful.

I saw a doctor I’d never met before, they put me an ease from the minute I walked in and I felt able to speak openly. I’d like to have them as my permanent GP but I don’t think this is even a thing you can do anymore. I will definitely try to request them next time though.

Arrived slightly early for appointment, checked in on screen then registered car but no waiting area listed for named doctor so had to queue at reception to check. After finding out information sat in correct room, when called in doctor asked why I hadn’t been there when she came out earlier & I informed her of what happened. I said there was more than one issue & she said she could only look at two so concentrated on knee pain & pre cancerous patch - have to make further appointment (2 weeks wait ) others - repeat bloods & new lump. If it wasn’t so difficult to get an appointment we wouldn’t have to visit with more than one problem & be time limited.

The clinicians do try to resolve issues with patient's in the appointment time allocated, sometimes the issue requires more in depth conversation and the clinician may advise you to arrange another appointment with them. Saw the Doctor on time, very pleasant and efficient, had ECG 15 minutes after appointment and my blood test 15 minutes after ECG, the hole process took just over an hour, well done to all at the practice.

After booking an appointment telephone call to ask about my conditions and a referral I've been waiting months for, the call I recieved seemed like an inconvenience to the doctor. Short sharp answers, zero care or empathy and frankly I felt like I was wasting her time. The repose I got was that I'd have to wait for a response!

Attended with an infection and the doctor was very pleasant and quick to identify it. Later (19.00) saw a nurse to dress wound. Again she was pleasant and efficient.
