Took 3 days to get an appointment which was very time consuming and was tempting to abandon for an appointment that Hospital had written to practice saying that They should arrange investigation into symtoms found on routine checkup. No issue with actual visit or Dr. who was very effient in progressing issue.

Patients can access the platform at convenient times to submit routine, non-urgent medical and administration issues. Anima offers patients discretion if you prefer not to discuss your medical issue on the phone or face-to-face, no need to wait in a telephone queue or make an unnecessary visit to the practice saving you time. Team are friendly and caring. When you get in front of any of the medical staff you get great service. The issue is getting an appointment although I've done well recently in getting a couple this month.

I’ve been back in Stamford for nearly four years now. I only even visited the practice for, Covid and Flu jabs until recently . I have been lucky to see a doctor twice within the last three weeks. I very very impressed with the quality of care each time .

Rang at 8am despite being 48 in queue phone answered in 10 mins, GP rang back in 30 minutes with appt to see ANP 2hrs later. ANP was brilliant, concentrated on me and my medical problems rather than inputting into computer, very professional and felt very reassured. As a nurse with 40 years experience couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

I received same day response from new system Anima. Offered same day appointment, as I was working. I was offered next day appointment instead.

I called test with an issue and given a same day appointment. The doctor saw me on time. Very personable, attentive and gave me a diagnose and treatment plan. I hope this signals a return to the times of incredible service we were so used to from the team at St Mary’s!! Great job!!

I was number 64 in the telephone queue at 8am and online when I looked at 8am there were only 4 appointments left for the day all with unknown doctors and a locum. Not good enough. I was lucky enough to get an appointment and the service I received from the locum was excellent.

First time seeing this female GP and I was very impressed. She listened, answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The GPs and other staff and this surgery are brilliant. The way it is managed needs to change I.e long phone waits and lack of face to face appointments. When you do see a GP the service is great
